Hello Community!

We are very excited to invite you to apply to join our Q & A approval team.

Purpose of team:

QandA team approves and rejects hundreds of questions weekly submitted by members and guests on 7cups. When they submit a question, members of the QandA team approve, correct or reject them. They then go out to the community to get answered. These are real questions and helpful answers bring in many new people to 7cups! If you google a question about mental health and wellness you will find 7cups answer! So you can see how important this team is.

What You Will Be Doing?

- Approve the questions submitted by the community

- Approve the responses submitted by the community

- Ensure replies are appropriate for our Q & A pages

- Work to minimize duplicates on these pages

Requirements to join?

- Be an active on the site for at least 4 months

- Experience with the Q & A pages

- Fluent in English language & grammar

- Willing to commit to approval team for 2+ month term (self-care welcome during this time, but please communicate when you are needing some time off so we can ensure approvals continue on).

- Desire to improve & increase the content on our Q & A pages

- No behavior reports for 3 months

- Willing to go through a training program with the team leader

- Self motivated to work alone

- Able to commit to 1 hour teens and adults

- Good communication skills

-Listeners have at least 20 Chats completed

-Have 500 Compassion Hearts

-Have 25 approved answers/questions (this you can find on your Profile)ON HOLD NOT REQUIRED NOW

How many spots available on the team?

The team is always a growing team. So anyone and everyone is invited to join up. We even are encouraging the teens to sign up as well!
