An Initiative: Simplifying Team Communication for Room Supporters and Moderators

Hello team,

I hope you are all doing well.

As you all know, Group Support is a large team. We have Room Supporters, Community-Centered Moderators, Global Moderators, and teams. One of our biggest challenges has been team communication, with all the activities being managed simultaneously.

So we are initiating a common dashboard for our room supporters and moderators team with the purpose of making our activities simple to communicate, transparent, and facilitate regular team communication. For this, we added a discussion corner where you would be able to post your questions, challenges, or any concerns that need to be addressed. Anyone from the team can respond to the comment and support each other allow us to provide better support and engagement in the community as an aligned team.

We understand this requires a little more time and work, but we want to recognize your efforts, so we will be awarding some cheers for keeping the activity updated on the dash. The top 3 contributors' names will appear on the Wall of Gratitude and Saturday Spotlight under the Community Spotlight on Social Media Initiative.
