I love this video to do very short swimming exercise moves with my arms while seated!!!

https://nicertube.com/6gkmxo

First comes a quick 100 meter freestyle qualifying round (1 minute move your arms).

Then after a rest, a quick backstroke 100 meter qualifying round.

Then after a rest, a quick freestyle final race.

Then after a rest, a quick backstroke final race.

Guaranteed you will win each time and feel good from moving just a few minutes!!!

You can skip the video forward to the next race by clicking "L" several times.

@PoliteOcean

I had a feeling you might be interested in the swimming VR-like experience.

I love the videos and the "make-believe" feelings they enable.

I think of the videos as the best ever Exercise Timers.

The Animation makes me feel like I'm in the 3-Dimensional Game Worlds.

By the time I'm done doing all 3 videos (Swimming, Kayaking & Cross-Country Skiing), my heartbeat is really going fast. Plus I just Won all the races and got Gold metals for each. That makes me smile each time. Yay, I won!

To make it more Realistic, now I hold very light Weights in my hands while I do the arm moves (4 lbs each).

That really really Pumps-Up the experience.

@PoliteOcean

Thanks. I'm finding that...
I can actually get a pretty good upper body workout
by doing the these 2 swimming arm moves!
Especially with small weights in my hands.

My extra enhancement trick is... I keep my core-area really firm...
and I twist my hips a little against the opposing arm moves...
like one would if actually swimming.

My other tricks are... I click the "L" key 4 times to fast-forward to the next race,
and I keep the sound muted so it's peaceful and quiet. Just me and the water.
