@Laura

Wow laura! This is incredible to see. I'm really glad @Anomalia asked for this because I think it is really valuable for the community. I just had a few comments / questions:

- I wanted to point out for anyone who was confused like me that KR means Key Result

- For Goal 1: Is this social media presence referencing the admin presence, individual users promoting 7 cups, the social soldiers team, maybe a combination?

- For Goal 4: I'm a bit confused as to what the health is referring to?

- For Goals 5 and 6, will this be updated to let us know which subcommunities? Also hopefully the merging and rebranding of subcommunities will be prompted by the community, not just chosen for the sake of meeting this goal?

- At the end of each quarter, will we get to see how we measured up to the goals? Ex: did we meet the yes / no items, what were the stats acheived re: health and activity, etc.

Thanks again for the insight!

I'm also confused by this -

KR1 - Global Forum Health stays under 1% on average every week (yes/ no)

KR2 - Global Group Support Health stays under .15% on average every week (yes/ no)

Don't we want health being *above* a certain percentage, not below?
