A mentor in my life somehow manages to be responsible, firm, kind, and unbelievably throughtful. I have no idea how they do it, but I am thankful to get to interact with them and learn from them so I can model some of that energy and those skills in myself.

But if people are not intelligent, they might do harm in spite of the most genuine benevolence." (from "What I Believe" Bertrand Russell, 1925).
I think that both "Love and seek knowledge to benefit others" and "be skillful so not to do harm in spite of genuine benevolence" are major issues in 7 Cups.
A lot of Listener training goes into these, and there is widespread concern in 7 Cups about improving Listener quality in these terms.
Regarding people I admire in 7 Cups, following these values, I admire you in particular, as a notable example of intelligence, knowledge and professionalism, put into a lot of work inspired by Love, to best help people that need it.

Some stuff that I admire about this person is that no matter how tough something gets/is, they do their best no matter what. They are funny and make me laugh, they are also there for me when nobody else is/and or cares to be. They are really good at math (unlike me), before this gets too sappy and emo I'm going to leave it there. As this really is not my thing to get all uwu lol.

He genuinely cares about me and is able to prove it every time, no matter what. He doesn't just talk the talk; he walks the walk. He keeps any and all promises that he's made to me. He does anything and everything to keep me safe and happy, or at the very least, safe. He is strong, loyal, honest, gentle, protective, and persistent. He is the only person that I have trusted my life with, and he has proven my trust to be correct.

They always have a joyful exuberance around them and are cheerful and uplifting. I have rarely heard them speak a negative word. They know what they want and embrace it wholeheartedly. They are friendly, caring and thoughtful. They are accomplished in their field and have many traits I wish to emulate! Thankful to have them as an example and friend.

My mum she gives me the best advice but also in a way that im making my own decision, work ethic, motiviation and shes always there like always and she loves soo hard.
