@Hope
I finished it and the thing that I benefited most is seeing how little I practice self-care through out my week. I need to improve on that!
Writing down my schedule is the cornerstone of managing my multifaceted life as a mature psychology student, mother, and school governor. By aligning my goals with the four quadrants of urgent/important, not urgent/important, urgent/not important, and not urgent/not important, I ensure that my time is spent strategically. Urgent and important tasks, such as childcare emergencies or critical university deadlines, take immediate precedence. Long-term goals, like studying for exams or developing school improvement plans, reside in the not urgent/important quadrant, requiring proactive scheduling. Recognizing and minimizing urgent/not important distractions, and eliminating not urgent/not important time-wasters, allows me to maintain focus and progress towards my academic, familial, and governance objectives, ultimately creating a balanced and fulfilling life.
@Hope I just completed my internship!
