New Electives!

Hi everyone! I hope you are doing well. 7 Cups Academy team consistently updates and adapats academy programs to meet trainee needs. Part of these ongoing efforts is to reconsider, change or add electives to certain programs as per need.

I am happy to announce that we have added two more electives to the 7 Cups Internship program (both tracks), Content Development and Marketing Program and the Quality listening program. These electives were also recently added as part of the Leadership Development Program restructuring. If you wish to do any academy programs except Group Support Program, having done these electives will give you a head start. Please note these are added as options, the number of electives one needs to complete remains the same, and now you will have more choices.

Our new electives are:

1. Complete Time Management course. More information about the course here. You will earn a separate certificate for the course upon completion.

2. Hosting or attending 4 (four) Academy Sessions. You can choose to attend Academy Orientation session or Academy Check-in Session. Please check the schedule here.

The goal of introducing the time management course elective is to encourage trainees to work on their time management skills as it's a crucial skill for success, we hope this incentivizes their growth. The second elective was chosen to encourage trainees to interact with fellow trainees, graduates, and academy mentors and seek support.
