Academy Awards Just Got Updated!

We’re excited to announce a new way of recognizing those who go above and beyond in supporting our 7 Cups Academy community, the Academy Awards Certificate System! As part of the Academy Awards initiative, this new system celebrates individuals who consistently show up for our trainees and contribute meaningfully to their journey.

The system is modeled after the Mentor Review Highlights System, but different enough that the certificates stand apart. 

🌟 Who can be nominated?

Project agents, mentors, mentor leaders, ambassadors, graduates, and trainees, anyone who has supported you during your academy experience.

📜 Here are the new milestone certificates:

🏅 Academy Awards Recognition Certificate – awarded after 10 nominations

🎖️ Academy Awards Contribution Certificate – awarded after 50 nominations

🥇 Academy Awards Excellence Certificate – awarded after 100 nominations

🏆 Academy Awards Legacy Certificate – awarded after 300 nominations

✅ Important note:

All past nominations will count toward these milestones, but only for individuals who continue to receive at least one new nomination moving forward.

We won’t be issuing certificates retroactively unless someone is newly nominated, as we’re unable to manually track everyone's past eligibility.

This system is our way of spotlighting those who make a lasting difference in the academy and ensuring their efforts don’t go unnoticed. 💙
