Academy Leadership Team Meeting September 2022

Hi everyone! How are you doing? The academy leadership team consists of wonderful mentors, project agents, mentor leaders, room supporters, and of course ambassadors. Each and every individual who is attached to the academy contributes greatly to the experience and success of academy trainees. Your work shapes their experience and plays a big role in determining trainee success in programs.

Your work holds great importance. It is very important to us that you are feeling fulfilled in your roles and that we are doing everything we can to improve your experience. To better understand what the academy can do to facilitate your experience as an academy leader, I am hosting an academy leadership meeting where we can discuss ways we can improve your experience as a leader in 7 Cups Academy.

Agenda for the meeting

• Introduce yourself - Your association with the academy, the start of your journey with us, and what you currently do

• Desired aspects of your role - what practice do you like

• Areas of improvement - what can be changed in your role

• Sense of fulfillment - How fulfilled are you in your role

This meeting in a chatroom will be held on the adult's side. For our teen leaders, I will be reaching out to PMs to discuss the same as it is difficult to get enough teen leaders for a meeting given that the number of total teen leaders is not big. In the future, as we gain more teen leaders, we will provide group chat-based meetings.

The meeting will be hosted in the academy hub room. Please make sure you have access to join the room. If you can't see it, please message me ASAP.
