Academy Mentor Monthly Review Highlights, June 2025

I hope you are well. It is time to celebrate the great work our academy mentors have been doing since our last post! We recently shifted to milestone certificates. Here is a quick refresher:

• PetiteSouris has been extremely helpful and proactive in responses. Even  though she mentioned that she would not be available on one of the weekends, I messaged without expecting a reply but I got a reply with a pointer of whom to reach out to. She also made me comfortable for any question I asked. I did not feel lost with her available for guidance.
• My mentor was very attentive to my path during the entire internship at 7 cups, she supported me and was friendly to me, and I really appreciate it. Also, importantly, she made regular reminders and always politely answered my questions when I didn't understand something. Thank you!
• PetiteSouris has not left me for any seconds. They always checked my progress, gave me advice and gave me the right resources to move forward with.  I am very grateful to have them support me until today.
• Very patient and kind. provided all the necessary guidance i needed.
• I love how patient and supportive she has been throughout the course of my internship, always helping me out whenever I asked, and encouraging me at every step of the way and always cheering me on. Absolutely love her <3

• Ivy was unstintingly always available to me, she supported me continuously from my first day on the QLP to my last and navigated me through it all. A very big thank you from me Ivy; I genuinely appreciate all your help!

• Kieran responds very quickly and gave me detailed responses to any question I asked! They were super helpful in helping me decide what support room role I wanted to be in, and was very warm and kind in his responses!
