Project Agents Needed for 7 Cups Academy Sessions (Orientation and Check-ins)

Hi everyone! I hope you are doing well. If you are part of the academy, you would have noticed that we added attending 4 academy sessions or check-ins as an elective requirement. That has worked out well as we are able to support more interns/trainees through these sessions.

We would like to add more of these sessions so that more trainees/interns can benefit from them. The consistency of these sessions is of top importance. We are looking for hosts with a high sense of commitment so we can count on them to regularly host the session they selected.

Academy Orientation Session

Lasts an hour each, and is designed to be attended by new trainees/interns to set them up for success. However, any trainee/grad/mentor can attend.

Academy Check-In Session

Lasts an hour each and is designed to be attended repeatedly by trainees/interns to get support

Requirements to host Academy check-ins or orientation sessions as an academy project agent

If you are an academy trainee/intern, graduate, or mentor, you are automatically eligible for the role and you do not need to meet the criteria.

Those who are not associated with the academy need to meet the following criteria:

• Verified listener or a member for more than a month
• Minimum of 20 member or listener group chats

Regardless of whether you are associated with the academy or not, you will be provided with documents/reading on academy programs and training to ensure you have a good knowledge of academy programs and are in a position to guide trainees/interns before hosting.

Please only sign up if you can commit to hosting the slot for at least 8 weeks (back to back).

You can choose to host one of these sessions where hosts are needed:

(Adult) Tuesdays 12 - 1 PM ET (Orientation)

(Teen) Wednesdays 11 AM - 12 PM ET (Check-in)

We are open to you choosing your own time to host but these are the conditions:

• The time has to be during the 1:00 to 7:00 PM ET Slots as we currently need more sessions during this time.
• If you want to host an orientation session, it needs to be on a Tuesday too. Academy check-ins can be hosted any day of the week except Tuesday.
