Academy Hub Room Update

Hi everyone! I hope you are doing well. This is an update regarding the Academy Hub Room. We trialed the opening of it to see if it helps in facilitating trainees and allowing them to interact with other trainees, grads, and mentors. However most of the time the room remained inactive.

Therefore we have decided to close the Academy Hub room. It will stay as a pop-up room. We will open it for things like:

• Fun meet ups
• Graduation parties

You can also request to open the room if you wish to lead a session in it. Sessions you can lead:

• Ice-breakers
• Games
• Other fun activities

You can ask any doorkeeper or community mod to open the room as long as you are leading a session and make sure to set the banner or have the banner set.
