- Name of the program you graduated from: Group Leadership Dynamics and development programme
- What did you learn? I learnt des-escalation skills and conflict resolution, teamwork.
- Why should someone else consider doing it? To improve how they communicate in rooms and know what to do in conflicting situations and to learn of diversity - it was really rewarding for me and can be for you too!
