Academy Awards May 2023

Hi everyone! I hope you are doing well. It is time to announce all of our dedicated mentors/graduates/trainees who got nominated for academy awards since last month's post.

• They have worked tirelessly with me, ensuring I complete the projects on time. I'm very stubborn, and they've managed to break down my walls and set me up for success!

• Lin is terrific! They reach out to make sure we know what we are doing. They support us along the way. They respond quickly and clearly to every question. I am thankful to have them as a mentor! :)

• Linn is really great leader! Helped me to complete my GSP short project and answered my queries regarding program very patiently and thoughtfully. Thank you linn! ❤

• They are overall an awesome mentor. They are always ready to answer any questions that I have. I have also seen them answer questions over in the Listener Support Room when people ask academy questions. Overall awesome person

• Lin has been absolutely fantastic in everything! They make koality forum posts, bump engagement via hosting sessions and replying in threads, check ins and being an overall amazing mentor. I truly see Lin as a mentor leader for the program some day! They've got all the potential and dedication!❤

• They have been so helpful across many different programs and are always so positive when responding.

• Buddy is always so quick to answer questions and support interns

• They are so active in the team, doing most of the work. And they continue on and on. :)

• Siren is really consistent with their job and takes valuable initiatives in taking the program and the content volunteer team forward

• Vision is an incredibly dedicated mentor leader who goes above and beyond to ensure that their team is supported and all their responsibilities are met. They are collaborative and have a positive spirit.

• Sunrise pays attention to detail, is dedicated to their work. You can count on them to get tasks done. They show a lot of responsibility and are contributing greatly to 7 cups academy, especially the Quality listening program

• They are hard-working, consistent, and serious in their work. They do tasks even before the tasks become official tasks. They have initiative. :) At the same time, they are good at communication.

• They do their work on time. They maintain contact with the team and report if anything is wrong. This system keeps the program running smoothly. :)

• They are polite and very intelligent. They are a fast learner. They can figure out what has to be done even before they are told. At the same time, they follow the rules. An asset to the team. :)
