Academy Leadership Team Forum Get Together (March 2023)
Hi everyone! I hope you are doing well. A big thank you to all leaders who came to our March Leadership meeting. Your feedback, thoughts, and ideas are valuable to us! One thing that has been indicated as helpful is more opportunities for academy leaders to interact with each other. We do this through our monthly meetings but due to timezones, not everyone can come.
These forum-based activities are another way for leaders to get to know each other. In this forum get-together we will talk about ambitions and what fulfills us.
📎What part of your day brings you the most joy?
📎What is your ultimate goal in life, what do you want to achieve?
📎What part of academy programs or your role as a leader brings you fulfillment/meaning/joy?
Take your time to answer these questions. You are welcome to skip some if you are not comfortable. We want to hear from you and get to know you better. Look through the answers of fellow leaders and see if something resonates with you!

📎What part of your day brings you the most joy?
Coding. I do a bit of coding based on free online tutorials. It's hard and it gives me headaches, but nothing compares to the joy it brings whenever I figure out a few parts.
📎What is your ultimate goal in life, what do you want to achieve?
To live life in a way that, when it ends, I can look back without regrets.
📎What part of academy programs or your role as a leader brings you fulfillment/meaning/joy?
All of it makes me very happy. I don't know why. Checking the progress of Interns, seeing them take great roles in 7 Cups after they graduate, and finding new academy mentors. All of it is amazing!

I did not know you enjoyed coding! We have a problem solver here! I like that ultimate goal, that is all we can do, make the most of each day. It looks like you enjoy seeing others progress!
📎What part of your day brings you the most joy? - The moment I wake up! In my back yard the birds are always singing but they sound the best when I'm waking up and the sun is slowly raising
📎What is your ultimate goal in life, what do you want to achieve? - My ultimate goal in life is to just remain in the best of health mentally, emotionally and physically while I assist and support others with their own health in these 3 areas (which is a portion of my career and purpose offline 💙 )
📎What part of academy programs or your role as a leader brings you fulfillment/meaning/joy? - As a Mentor of the Content Development and Marketing program, I really enjoy seeing trainees go from unsure of themselves to fully confident of what they can create in the article submissions and graphic designs. Any way I can help someone awaken to their own unique creativity and potential, I do my best to assist

📎What part of your day brings you the most joy?
Definitely night time. Night time has always been the exact time where I'm active and more, well communicative. It's a time where it's colder and quieter, so it's a great time for me to relax or to just goof around
📎What is your ultimate goal in life, what do you want to achieve?
For now, study abroad. I guess my life is mostly based on academics, since I've been raised in a family that presses on education. I don't mind it however, I know education is a very important asset and should be implied to everyone. For my ultimate goal, I could go with doing something good for the world. Just a tiny thing, maybe do something for charity or hold a fund raise for the orphanage. Or something with world crisis, like natural disasters

Hello Hope! Thank you for hosting this!
📎What part of your day brings you the most joy?
The part when I am done with everything for the day and I get to lie down and chill!
📎What is your ultimate goal in life, what do you want to achieve?
I want a lot out of life at this point and I hope this doesn't die down as I grow older. I want to laugh with kids, comfort the distressed, eat fresh fruits, own lots of oxidized accessories, gift people things that they love, be able to roam the streets without being scared, take care of people and get taken care of with no guilt, gaze at the night sky and have it gaze back at me, love people without losing myself in them, read every single book in this world (impossible but I'm going to give it one good try while I'm here xD), write as much as I can, have lots of books to my name that my successors can come back to even decades after i am gone and truly know what i was like. i want to live gently and completely <3
