I want to jump into the mighty ocean and swim to my hearts content Unfortunately I donot know how to swim.

We all hit rocks in life, and none of us has to paddle through them alone. The Way of the River is a simple guide, shaped by our community over many years, to help us get through hard times together. Come read the seven paddle strokes, then share the rock you're facing and the stroke you're taking. You belong here, just as you are.
