What are you doing when you feel most alive?

Got me thinking, Hope xD

I think I feel the most alive when I'm surrounded with good things, good thoughts, good people or doing something I enjoy or look forward to.

Simply put though, I feel the most alive when a breeezy wave gushes over me, or when I smell the fresh grass, or when I hear birds chirping, or when the Sun's smiling bright over me, or when the moon seems to be a great companion during night time, or when the stars seem to twinkle every time I look at them anddddd I feel the most alive when I'm thinking of what makes me feel the most alive lol ~ how ironic now! ❤

(Now that wasn't so simple but oh well, creative expression got its way! 😛)

I feel the most when I escape the monotonous cycle of my daily life. As a university student, I find myself doing the same thing daily. Sometimes, even eating the same things daily (hint: it’s ramen). But I’ve noticed when I do deviate from this pattern, I find myself enjoying the little things in life. When I break out of my comfort zone and conquering my fears, I feel the most alive in these moments. And I feel like it’s more than just the adrenaline rush I get, it’s the entire experience of opening myself up to a whole new world of possibilities. Seeking experiences I never even thought about before, meeting new people from different cultures and backgrounds, travelling. Whenever I deviate from my own normal life and I make the effort to bring about some change whether in my own life, my thoughts, or just the environment I surround myself with, I truly feel alive. Just knowing that there’s so much in this world, so much beauty in this world, so many endless possibilities. It really opens your eyes to what life truly is.
