What’s something that a lot of people are missing out on because they don’t know about it?

"Minding one's own business" (unserious/ sarcastic tone) lol. XD
In all seriousness though, I think more people (myself included) should try being more kind and gentle with themself.❤
@Hope This is a very good question! I think a lot of people are missing out because they don't know what they want, or aren't sure what to do next, and/or they haven't been able to set clear, attainable goals for themselves.
7 Cups Academy! When I mention it in the chatrooms, I get a lot of, "what is that?" I try to spread the word about the program because it's so beneficial, both to 7 Cups and to the potential trainee/intern. Completing the courses looks good on the resume, plus it enhances individual skills. There are truly dedicated mentors ready to help as well. I think everyone should try at least one of the programs. It's free, so why not go for it?
I think sometimes people miss out on things because they are afraid that if they try and fail it is worse than not trying something.
@purpleAcres4174 good point, thank you!
I feel we as human beings get triggered and entertained by all outside distractions or sometimes we choose intentionally to blurry our internal issues with outside distractions. Once we reach an age such as 25 years old where scientifically has been proved brain completely matures around this age , we as humans can actually correlate all our connections in a more deep knowledgeable introspective insight of our brains and understand these are able to change ,also have the flexibility and elasticity in rewards to changes and learning , therefore ,healing can happen . I’m my opinion until then we can’t really have a very clear conscious and unconscious general picture of certain issues and clarity for a more completed closure of our traumas , learning , and growing.

I think many people underestimate the power that a relatable work of art or media can bring someone. When you see characters in movies and books or hear a song that really resonates with you, it can make you feel like you're not alone and that you're valid. It's so easy to miss out on so many connections you can make in the world when you believe you're alone, but when you step outside and look around, you'll see that there's so many people in the same boat with you who want to give you support :)
