What was your favorite recent book or article, and what did it inspire?

I don’t know how recent this was necessarily, but I absolutely loved The Dictionary of Obscure Sorrows- it’s a compilation of words that describe inner feelings we all have but don’t have a name for, and it made me feel more connected to the world and my fellow human beings that all share these funny, strange, and sometimes sobering feelings as part of the human experience.

my favorite recent article was located on the official XBOX website, where a game developer shared his own story about how video games helped him to cope with mental illness. i very much related to the sentiments that were shared in this internet article, video games are a big part of my life!
