Love yourself as much as you love others. You're enough and being alone doesn't mean you're lonely. We make few people our world but the world is bigger than this and you can find help from anywhere. 🤍

I would tell myself to stop worrying so much. Things almost always work out just fine. And if they don't, there are lots of ways to cope and deal with it.
