@Hope Hi, I just completed my first General Request chat. It has more than 30 messages between the member and I. However I’m not getting to pass that step on the progress path
@Hope I am a new listener, l was just wondering how do you count the number of chats that a listener has done?

30 messages = 1 chat, The messages is between you and the member.
If it does not reach 30 messages it does not count.

I am currently im my 2 week trail period for the community track internship i am in, but I am currently giving my bachelor's exams and don't have the time to complete the trail tasks.
Is there a way to increase the trail time given for trail period?

The trial for 7 Cups Internship program is to just ensure you are still interested after two weeks. Be sure to submit the trial completion form so you can continue in the program. No need for extension on trial period
So I can still submit the trail completion even after the trail period has ended?
So in the 7cups intern track and I got 3 qucik questions and Ima make it as simple as possible
1) I need to delay by initial track since I got a family emergency and Im currently away. I sent an email out; however, received no response and Im just afraid of losing my spot. I obv do want to do this ofc, but can't till next week when I get back. Im really lost and kinda js afraid ***?
2) Theres these two things I need; Hang 10 (for completing 10 steps on progress path & Open door (5 1-1 chats).
I am prbly just really tired and dumb since the timezone shift and me getting no sleep is killing me, but if someone could explain this in like baby terms would appreciate that lmao. Ill prbly reread this thread and realize how dumb some of these questions are but thank you all!
@Yuv1 Hi YuV, do you want to start the internship at a later stage? I am a little confused regarding delay in initial track.
Hang 10 is 10 steps you finish under your growth path. Once you finish 10 steps, you get the badge. Also, Open door is having 5 conversations with members. 1 conversation is 30 messages so 600 messages with your member gives you the badge

Hi! I’m choosing my electives for the QLP Trial Completion Form.,I just realised I missed the part about discussing my elective options with an Academy mentor before choosing them 😭. I'm currently deciding on my electives for my Trial Completion Form. I've completed 20+ mental health topic-specific guides, and I'm also waiting for my results for Active Listening: Refresh & Self-Care. Could you please advise me on which electives I can use? I have completed Listen Quiz I. However, I am unable to open Listener Quiz II.
