Click here and spin the wheel of emotions
Post what emotion you landed on and give one positive and one negative association to this emotion.
I'll go first:
Afraid
Positive: it helps you know when you may be in danger
Negative: it can hold you back from trying new things
Your turn!
Confident:
Positive- Feeling good about myself, sense of accomplishment
Negative- can give me a big head or make me cocky/boastful
Ashamed
Positive: Ashamed of telling your problems to people absolve them from depressing ideas about situation/s and force myself to be my own hero.
Negative: Not getting some perspectives and not talking to them completely just to avoid being asked about personal questions.
Shy
Positive: you get to reflect before acting
Negative: you're not always true to yourself
@Jill7cups shy
Postive-it can help me sit back and make wiser desvions by observing
negative-it can be lonely
What a great thread!
