Codependency
Just started identifying as a co-dependent. It is actually a relief because I can put feelings with words and causation now.
Once I discovered this was a real option for me, I chose to leave my marriage of 10 years, with two kids, to go live in my own place (and co-parent) to “recover”.
Anyone else have this this type of realization? If so, where are you at on your journey? Looking forward to connecting with those who also identify as co-dependent who were or are married with kids.
