"You can always observe if something is negative when it isn't giving you anything useful, beneficial or helpful. Everything is a choice and you can always choose a positive. Being aware of the negative is an opportunity to transform it."

"I tend to stay on 7 cups all day but sometimes I will take a break and not look at 7 cups and forget I have it ... The benefits are that I'm less stressed and overwhelmed this way and actually enjoy helping people and appreciate being in the moment."

"To me, balance means being self-observant. If I am able to gather my energy and direct it meaningfully, I am spending a good day, whether on cups or off cups ... If you can live your day meaningfully, each day, then you will find a noticeable difference in a few weeks in your mental and physical wellbeing."

"My idea of spending a balanced time on 7 cups is simple: fix your active hours. When you find yourself lurking in chatrooms or doing nothing on cups, you know when to take a step back!"

"I use the app sometimes(kidding, alot) so I firstly logged out from there so I don't get the urge to open it every 2 minutes xD. Then I started managing my time and figuring out the best time for me to use cups. I did all this by taking super small steps because as easy as it may seem it's not. Acknowledging that you have a problem takes a lot of effort and energy and baby steps here are okay ... Now I see, that by doing that I am providing more quality support. Quality over Quantity."

"It's not about the hours spent here, but what you actually do during the time here. Do what gives you energy. It's important to find "your" thing here. Do what makes you feel good."
