Vaping :/
The other day, I bought a vape, because I have really bad anxiety and I get irritated easily, but now I really regret it. I only used it no more than three times, but it already feels like I am addicted to it, and how I see it, I used it 3 times to many. I don't want to, but it's like I have to if I don't want to go insane, but I can't because I really don't want to get addicted (although I could already be) to the vape. I'm going to throw it away, and I'm going to try to use healtheir ways to cope with anxiety and other stuff, rather than using nicotine, but I'm just scared that the bad side effects of quitting are going to be obvious, even though I haven't used it that much. I can't really be upset about it if the effects do show, but at least I learned about how addictive it is first hand, to some degree I guess, and how it can make your mental bad when you don't have it (again, to some degree).
Hey blue, first I want to say it's okay. I think it's awesome that you've chosen to try use healthier ways to cope. I want you to know that there may be times you might feel like you need to go back to vaping and you'll have to resist that urge. We're all human and it's normal for us to revisit familiar habits on our journey to forming new ones. You shouldn't beat yourself up about it, accept it and try again and you keep going. You're wonderful and I wish you all the best!
Well we all know nicotine in the vape is addictive
I wanted you to know that it's not your fault. There's huge companies that lobbied to make these not only legal but advertised to the masses. Not to dissuade personal responsibility entirely. I actually don't mind so natural and safe drugs but the nicotine industry is purposeful when it comes to trying to addict people.
I know that they sell nicotine patches at pharmacies if this would help you to get off of it.
