While porn addiction can be difficult to deal with, it's great that you've already started trying to change this behavior despite that! Reaching out here is also very helpful for community and support. 

Filling time you'd regularly spend viewing porn with alternative activities (watching a show you really like, cooking/baking, engaging with a hobby, etc.) is really helpful in keeping your mind off it. I hope this journey goes well for you! 

If you are watching mostly on your phone, I recommend getting a good app blocker installed. It takes away the thinking part of it for you.
