I've been struggling a lot with my addiction, and it feels like it keeps getting worse, and I just want to make this thread here so I can track my progress.
I'm not sure how many time I'll post here, maybe multiple times a day sometimes. Idk, hope this helps 🤍

I am also struggling with this addiction and wanted to know what strategies are you applying to maintain your streak? 🤔
@ambitousFig660 I'm really sorry you're struggling with this 🙁 what works for me is recognising the triggers, setting app/site blockers like for example "BlockerHero" on my phone. trying to keep myself distracted, working out, journalling how I feel and reaching out to someone trusted for support — for me personally, even AI helps sometimes when I feel alone 🤍
And most importantly try not to beat yourself up too much, and be gentle with yourself when relapse or slip occurs and remind yourself that it's part of the recovery process. You're not alone, and this doesn't have to define you 💜 Sending you lots of love and *Biggg hugs* 🐾💕

I have been clean for 7 days now. I am also trying to make my day busy and it is really helping alot, but if I feel any urges I have app blockers. I don't just block explicit sites but I block app 😁 and it really helps.
I am using dns protection as well and not using social media or any content as much as I can.
I wish you will be free from this and enjoy your beautiful and healthy life with confidence. ✨
