I opened up during an addiction talk with my yogis we had a guest speaker come in and talk with us

some of us shared our problems and while they spoke eye felt it bubble up in my body the urge to speak and on the brink of tears

I was addicted to addictive behavior that stems from my father's addictions & addictive actions which led to my lovers in life exhibiting the same behaviors

and made a child with someone the same way, with a recent moment to test there strength to help us nothing was done just more poor behavior and silence

I needed to cry and let my yogis know my pain and how I was dealing with it and embracing it at the same time

my life my heart and my journey is getting healthier and no longer can nor will be entertaining any addictive personalities or energy!!

My peace is a non-negotiable 💫✨🙏🏾

it is almost a year on here for me I want to continue with therapy it had saved me in many ways

@Lenaye8

It's amazing the progress you have made and the self-awareness you have of your addictions and how you want to combat them. I am very proud of you for that and for being able to open up in your group and be honest and share how you feel. How are you feeling after being able to talk about those things with your yogis?

Thank you highly Jenna 💛 big hugs hugs 🤗

It was a real release from my whole being and to share with them the yogi's got to see the other side of me.

Me , highly vulnerable within. The more I work on my addictions they will slowly dissipate and no longer live rent free in my mind/crown.
