I don't know what to do
I've been watching porn since I was 11, masturbated twice a day everyday. I got into a relationship when I was 15. I knew I should have stopped when things started getting serious a few years later. I still did it and lied to her about it even though she thinks of it as cheating. She has recently caught me in the act and I lied to her face. She doesn't trust me anymore, I feel so guilty of what I have done to her. I don't want her to leave me I don't know how to change.
