You could also cut down by replacing masturbation with other activities. Hello @theadarshnair , thankyou for compiling this great post !! This is a topic many people may not feel comfortable talking about let alone to seek support for the addiction , but it does exist and very much okay to do so , everyone does have their personal life and it is always a personal choice .

Although I do agree , no addiction is good , if it's affecting negatively too , and am glad there's so many ways to overcome masturbation addiction , not easy for sure, but to everyone who's trying, you got this !!
