Help me brainstorm for ADHD awareness month
Hey everyone, I wanted to make a little pre-announcement to let you know that we have...
✨ADHD Awareness Month coming up in October. ✨
I am looking to brainstorm some ideas with all of you about what we should discuss and learn about to celebrate the ADHD community.
The last couple of posts I see here in our sub-community have to do with regulating intense emotions and the other was concerning strategies to help with ruminating negative thoughts. I can start with making posts about these two topics if you like.
Please comment and share below so we can work together to make this the best ADHD awareness month ever!
TEAM WORK MAKES THE DREAM WORK!! 👍

I propose/brainstorm an ADHD Friendly Daily Routine Challenge after a pre-discussion of helpful tips and techniques. This would involve setting small goals regarding routine and posting in a thread while focusing on learning/adjusting to the ups and downs. It may also be a great way to try what is working for others. Users can be welcome to post daily or weekly updates this month. The goal: increase focus/wellbeing/self-care... whatever you would like.
