Looping the negative words of a bully
How can anyone be so negative, so hateful, so angry, so rotten inside they would wish bad on someone else, calling other names? I tried hard to stay away from online and real life drama. I don't start debate or argue with anyone online. Negative people just come find me occasionally. I guess my honest opinion is just so real, so true, and so honest that they can't accept it as it is.
On a comment section, I left a comment. 3 months later, a random stranger replied that my comment was annoying and a mood breaker for everyone. I explained why the situation was questionable and that the person chose to read my comment and they ruined the mood for themselves. Something I am not responsible for. The next response from the person was nasty, rude, and judgmental declaring it was people like me who hurt other people. 😒 They proceeded to say I am a bad person and wish all the bad things to happen to me, deserving all the bad things. Later the person declared they were qualified to bash me and said I was wrong on this certain subject because they were an adult and a counselor. Being an adult does not qualify anybody as we all know even adults are not "know it all" and "kind and understanding." I am just appalled when this person claimed to be a counselor.
This triggered my anxiety, depression, social phobia, and insomnia. I have done nothing deserving of this person's wrath. I am not a punching bag. My response was kind and I tried to avoid unreasonable name calling, describing to this person that she/he does not speak for anyone, is selfish, responded because they were annoyed and wanna feel good, and is blaming me for how they feel to avoid responsibility of their emotions. I re-repeated what my first response was - I was not responsible for his or her emotion and she chose to scroll down to the comment section, advising if she could not handle different comments she should not be down here. I told the person not to respond and it can think of me however it want, it can keeping calling me an idiot or whatever; but hope someday this person will reflect on the nasty words they said to me and to other people.
I like the site a lot. It is where I play my games and a lot of fun activities. But I am now staying away from the site to avoid my repeating rage and upset. It is like a repeating loop that isn't breaking off quick enough. It makes my day miserable as I can't stop thinking of my rage. I should not be upset since this person is a rotten individual who knows nothing about me and isn't even someone who I care about; and probably is just looking for someone to punch. I don't want to think of the bad things. I don't want to focus on this person negative words, but I am finding myself drain and hard to focus on the good things in my life. I ask myself why? I hate myself for being unable to control my mood and I hate it more that I am letting it triggered my anxiety and hurt me. I hate it that I blame myself for not being able to be mean and not being able to let go and move on. It is not my fault but I am affected so hard that I can't sleep, shower, barely eat, and find a lot of my usual activities pointless.
I don't like the person at all and do not wish bad nor wish good for this person. It is what it is. But I hate myself for being unable to defend my mind, self-esteem, and my peace from the attack of others especially a nasty stranger who has no compassion for anybody, rather blaming other people for their emotion than take responsibility and work on it. It has been hard. I have been listening to positive music and say positive mantras to bring peace and stay calm.

i think what you have described is a rationale response. people often talk things out of context and decide the writer is to blame ..... i quit commenting on many items because some people simply can not even consider others think differently.
Do not let them get away with turning you away from a site you enjoy or even give them a second thought ........ after they spread their garbage bet they never gave you a second thought.
