Hello @angelayoub98,

There are some coping skills available.
- Diaphragmatic Breathing (DB) can be done whenever you are about to feel anxious.
- Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) & Guided Imagery (GI)
can be practised where you are at home or at a comfortable space.
PMR helps you to relax your tensed-up muscles &
GI is using "relaxing" visuals in one's brain.

You may like to consider seeking a Therapist
to address what causing you to be anxious.
Anxiety usually has deep-rooted issues such as stress and/or fear.

Alternatively,
you can also seek a Psychiatrist for medication.
Certain drugs can reduce racing heartbeats but
may not be suitable for one who has a heart condition(s).
Some drugs may be sedative to be used during daytime
which may cause hazard(s) in the workplace.
Do declare your health condition and occupation
to your Psychiatrist so that a suitable prescription will be given to you.

For your reference. :)

Hey - that's good advice above - you'll find a great deal more on here - from people to listen to you through to really good and simple meditation and CBT techniques.  Take your time.  One day at a time.

Welcome to the community! It's so great to hear that you are taking the initiative to take control over your anxiety. It's very difficult to muster up the courage to come to a platform like this when anxiety plays such a central role in your life. This is a wonderful place to grow, develop, and learn to overcome your challenges. In addition to what AnalystINTJ said, a very important belief that will help you through this process is to view every challenge that lies ahead as a gift and an opportunity. A gift and an opportunity to develop skills that you've been meaning to develop, to make life decisions that you've been meaning to make, to break or establish relationships that you've been meaning to do so, etc.. There is so much good that comes from challenges and being able to see the positive side of struggle will keep you happy throughout your journey. I wish you the best of luck!
