Anxiety
Hi everyone! I never posted on something like this, especially written for a lot of people to see but I wanted to talk about how I've been feeling regarding anxiety. My anxiety spirals in an accumulation of self doubt, fear, and dread. It starts small, a worry that is constantly there then spirals out of control. The mind becomes a battlefield of "what ifs" and worst-case scenarios, each thought feeding into the next, growing louder and more overwhelming. Fear morphs into guilt, guilt for feeling this way, for not being able to stop it, for being a burden to others. Over time, anxiety has consumed me to a point of depression. It feels that anything I'm thinking whether it's made up scenarios or fear that makes it feel like I have to face the inevitable doom awaiting for me. I feel hopeless and defeated.
Thank you guys for reading and listening!

This is exactly what I’m dealing with lately. It’s been so difficult. I wish so badly I could just be “normal” and not have to feel this way. It feels like it’s eating me alive. I’m so tired all the time. I’m trying to get it under control and I’ve finally gotten to a point of knowing I need help. 😔 Life is so hard. But it’s takes courage to ask for help and talk about things. So kudos for doing so. 🖤
I hear you, and I really understand how much anxiety can feel like it’s consuming everything. That feeling of wishing you could just be normal and not constantly be in this fight...it’s so exhausting. I’ve felt that heaviness too, like no matter what you do, it’s always there in the background, draining your energy and making everything feel harder than it should be. No matter how hard you try to ignore it, it. comes back and ruins everything. I want you to know you’re not alone in feeling this way, and it’s okay to be tired, it’s a heavy load to carry. I'm very proud of you for getting to this point, you are so brave. Please know that you're not alone in this, you have all our support 🖤
hey
Hi i’ve been there before so i was having a therapy at that time my therapist told me to whenever you randomly started to thinking about bad scenarios and u started to noticing it, u should counting backwards from 700 by 7s. I think she determined numbers randomly but it really helps ur brain to get silenced. And she also she sad that i should write my scenerios until i reach the worst ending on my mind( i sometimes started crying while i am writing those scenerios) Btw while u are writing the scenario, u should ask urself what makes u think that way. U should ask this question on every response that u responded. When u finished writing u should do the reversed version of this writing. I mean u should try to write positive version of this possibilities. Day by day at the u started writing better versions about positive version of that bad scenario stuff. I mean u are not gonna write unrealistic positive stuff, tryna be realistic but not pessimistic. I guess i need to keep doing the things that i just wrote to you. Have a great day. You are a strong soul.
