Anxiety after medical treatment

Hi! From the beginning of this summer I had to take some medicine for my stomach. It took me almost 5 weeks of a new schedule, changing habits, avoiding some food. But somehow I felt better then than now. I had a better mood (in a middle of a course and closer to the end), and surprisingly I had much more energy to do things. Now my treatment is over, I was ready to finally go for some walks and start eating something I avoided but it became rainy and my favourite food doesn't bring me joy as it did before. I feel more and more anxious about different stuff and I'm afraid I lose this summer, because I still can't eat some fruits and it doesn't seem to stop raining soon. So my mood shifts to sadness and anxiety that are hard to deal with

"Hi, I’m sorry you’re going through this. It sounds like you’ve been trying so hard and you should be proud of yourself for getting through the treatment and all the changes you made. Sometimes after a difficult period our mind needs time to adjust again. Don’t put too much pressure on yourself, small steps are still progress. I hope the weather gets better and you can enjoy the things you love again. Remember that you’re not alone, and I’m wishing you calmer and happier days ahead. 🤍"
