Anxiety and panic attacks.

Hello, there.

I don’t know why but it is usual that my anxiety or panic attacks come in stages that I don't know. It can last 3 days or 2 weeks, or 1 month. In these days, my anxiety comes, it makes me feel really nervous to the point of shaking, feeling nauseous? Or to feel very desperate. And then, even without realizing it, it goes away. I can be calm and then again, without realizing it, it’s here. I don’t know why.

It should be noted that I have been very afraid of vomiting since I was a child. And I still cannot differentiate whether this feeling has to do directly with my stomach, emotions or my anxiety that I have always had. Now I tremble, but a few minutes ago I was feeling the greatest peace. Sometimes even safe pills in these situations I feel like they are not working.

I just feel a lot of insecurity, a lot of uncertainty and a fear that, beyond my phobia, I can't identify. I'd like to talk to someone, to get their opinion, or at least to let off steam. I feel a rock in my stomach, in my jaw, a lot of shaking in my legs.

I deal with the same things with my anxiety. I thought it was just me that felt this way.

I’ve always been fearful of vomiting too. Now I have a daughter who has random vomiting spells that can’t be explained yet and every time they happen, I drown in anxiety for a month or more before I’m okay again.

i just started back on antidepressants and I’m so very tired.

Hi there! I just wanted to let you know that I was suffering 5 years ago, like you are now, and I remember. I wasn't able to talk about it for some time because it would trigger me into an anxiety attack and I was terrified of feeling that scared and out of breath. In my post above I added a 7Cups link to something I wrote called "HOW I BATTLE ANXIETY AND WIN", Please click on it and let me try to explain how I work to defeat anxiety. I am very sorry that you're suffering! I understand what it's like and how debilitating and defeating it can feel like. You should be very proud of yourself for reaching out, I remember when I first started to understand that my suffering was this thing called ANXIETY, I have been fighting it ever since! Tag me anytime if you are having an hard time. I am here to tell you that once you a) identify your triggers b) LEARN TO LOVE YOURSELF ENOUGH TO PUT IN EFFORTS TOWARDS YOUR SELF-CARE c) get the support (From 7cups) from the Listeners, friends who are caring and have positive energy. You will feel better!! That's a fact. Long ago, I didn't know that, but I know it now! You are preparing to figure this out, and healing is near.
