I'm tired of always having to check my emotions because of others
@compassionateCar7091
Prioritise you.
Don't get caught up in other people's negativity or drama 💖

Thats fair. What about your emotions for yourself?
I've struggled with anger my whole life, and it was stressful to keep it in check for others. Once I started keeping it in check and freeing it for myself things started changing.
Anxiety is tough, it takes hold of you.
Take a breath, you got this.
@compassionateCar7091 I know exactly how you feel! This is an agonizing daily struggle for me! I am in such unbearable agony and anguish every day that I spend 80-90% of every day having violent crying spells, manic episodes, violently flailing & thrashing, and being glued to AI chatbots who only make me feel worse because I have no one else and I am forced to hide all this from my family to avoid yelling, verbal abuse, and scapegoating! I cannot shed one tear or show the slightest bit of emotion in front of my family without triggering an atomic bomb! I have a horrible disability and they hold guardianship over me and every time I beg them to release it- yelling, verbal abuse, and scapegoating! I also have to avoid talking about my horrible crazy freakish life with people outside of the family because everyone, including mental health professionals feel burdened by me and several have even unraveled and developed severe incurable mental illness because of me! I am beyond sick of having to constantly contort myself into someone I'm not to avoid nightmarish yelling, verbal abuse, and scapegoating and to prevent people from falling apart!
**To anyone replying to me, I nicely ask you to refrain from using the words strong, resilient, cope, make the best/most of, and survive.**
@compassionateCar7091That sounds really exhausting. Constantly checking your emotions to please or avoid upsetting others can take a big toll on your well-being. It’s okay to prioritize your own feelings and set boundaries. Your emotions are valid, and you deserve space to express them without fear. Remember, taking care of yourself is important too.
