Do you experience debilitating anxiety? How do you deal with it?
Hey there,
Just joined this place and honestly, it's a relief to find you all. Anxiety's been my shadow forever, but it's only recently that I've really noticed how much it messes with me.
But here's the thing – mornings are rough. I wake up drowning in bad vibes about myself and my life, feeling totally hopeless. It's like there's this heavy pit in my gut. Same feeling I used to get before panic attacks. I don't let it get that far, but it still freezes me up. Can't sleep, can't stay put, and can't seem to bring myself to do the whole deep breath and meditate drill. So, I just kinda numb out and drift through the day without getting much done.
Guess I'm posting 'cause I wanna know I'm not the only one and pick up some tips on how you guys handle this stuff.

Hi I sometimes experience this too. My panic attacks gets worst when my stress level had really gone so high, I thought I was having a heart attck cause I can't really breathe properly.
It's hard really, especially when I think of so many problems in my life. I feel like I just want to shut down and sleep cause it makes me feel better after.
But as hard as it is. LIfe has to go on and I got to keep moving no matter how bad the days had been already. I think of the things that will happen if I don't do anything. How things will never get fixed if I don't do anything. How I need to help myself, cause nobody helps me anyway.

Reading this definitely validated my experience and makes me feel that I don't feel so alone. At the moment I am dealing with severe anxiety and it's almost debilitating. I've been stuck at my job working at an afterschool program and I'm miserable. My boss and her second in command are starting to gaslight me, exclude me, and throw passive agressive comments at me. Every time I would come to my boss with a question she would scold me and make it a point to show that she enjoys the other girls more than me and that I'm the least favorite. I'm not a confrontational person so I feel that I'm trapped. For the past couple of weeks I haven't been able to sleep, eat, and I gag a lot because I'm nauesous. I feel physically ill and can't find a release. I'm lying in bed with any free time I have, I'm taking CBD and listening to white noise. I'm trying to regulate my nervous system but it's taking a while. We're in this together!
Thx guys, being there like a relief for me.
