Hell man
Y'all ever get anxiety so hard that you feel like you're losing your mind and you feel slightly lost and disoriented?
@Axzear yeah🙁 anxiety really sucks, I'm sorry your struggling so badly with it right now😥 all we can do is keep trying 💖 gives you a giant tiny hug 💗 we are all here for you 💗
That is me right now. My husband did something to calm my anxiety but I am so deep with worry right now I can't enjoy his kind gesture and relax. I have slept 3 hours and am thankful for that because I can't go back to sleep. I need to meditate and say my affirmation but instead I have let negative thinking and racing thoughts take over. As much as I hate anxiety sometimes it seems to take too much effort to have good thoughts and be at peace. Luckily I have a walk planned with a friend in 3 hours. She will listen, not judge and I will feel better while I am with her and hopefully that will carry through the day.
Good luck, it's great that you're receiving support.. I guess it must help a little, while I gotta deal with it myself around here. The anxiety I have is extreme and it skyrockets my BPM and blood pressure. Affrimations and stuff like that are useless in my case too, only meds are helpful. Nowadays I try to stay calm and not excite my nervous system too much, cause whenever that happens, it gets triggered. I also stay away from stuff that might induce PTSD.
My whole body feels like it's burning on invisible flames and my mind fuels it, but I guess I gotta get used to it sooner or later.
I struggle with unburdening myself with friends. I never did before having anxiety/depression. Talking with friends helps a lot, unfortunately I just haven’t been able to do it now. Am I the only one?
Tbf people in reality don't really care unless they're really close to you and actually sees you as someone significant. So you're not alone, I don't talk to any of my friends about it either and it won't really help unless they try to help you or make you feel better.. which is very unlikely if they're teenagers.
Get it 100%. It’s paralyzing.
@Axzear Yes that's something a lot of people experience having these, you are not alone, sometimes when we suffer from anxiety, our mind just gets too bad we get confussed and can't even know what are we doing or what do we do next, such as bad as it could be i am sure you will get through it!
