How do I accept myself completely and heal ?

So I’m struggling with anxiety and depression these days mainly because of my academic pressure and living situation. But when I feel mentally unwell, my past trauma became alive again replayed in my head repeatedly and I have trouble accepting myself. For the context, a girl I knew personally attacked me out of nowhere and blamed me for no reason in the past(not too long since then). She used the “have some therapy” tactic as a weapon to use against me. (She means I am crazy). But I didn’t harm anyone nor I didn’t start the fight. She crossed the boundary first. And I mean having therapy is not a shame. People can physically become sick as well as mentally unwell. That can’t be a weapon to use against someone who has no control of their illness. So, when I feel depressed or have some anxiety, in my head, her words replayed and I kind of blame myself as if I have done something wrong. I know if I become like this, this is exactly what she wants, but how can I get out of this loop and heal myself that having anxiety or depression is not something to blame? And I don’t want to trouble people besides me because I am in depression and I am struggling with anxiety.

Hi there...to be honest i don't have any good advice regarding your situation sadly..but please don't feel like you are bothering people when you vent about your mental health struggles. You matter and you deserve to be heard and receive support. Some people may treat you like you don't matter or they may say mean things about you, but people's words aren't always true. You've always been valuable, no matter how badly people have treated you.

You can't control how other people treat you, but as long as you treat other people kindly, it is NOT your fault if people treat you badly. The problem is in them and not you.

I hope that in spite of your past trauma and pain, you will one day be able to enjoy and live life to the fullest. The pain never goes away completely, but there are some days which are lighter and happier and i hope you can enjoy happy days too.

Remember you are always welcome here in 7cups :)
