@laya01 There are “tabs” and the “Recent” tab is probably the one that makes most sense. I use the web version so if you’re using the app maybe it’s different.

Clicking on Home aka this link https://www.7cups.com/dashboard/ brings up what is referred to as the feed - forum threads that have been selected based on some sort of algorithm. These are plans for this to be personalized, I think right now we all have the same feed but am not certain.
I prefer to use the community button ie. this link https://www.7cups.com/community/ to view the forums. I read quite a few of them and so prefer to know what order I am seeing them in.
https://www.7cups.com/path/ has the growth path, which are steps you can take to support mental health, and there are different paths you can choose from. This page also has an activity timeline.
