I'm suffering with social anxiety
There's greater issue at hand but I'll mostly talk about my social anxiety
So I don't really fully talk to strangers unless necessary and when I get too comfortable with someone I just impulsively do things that I find fun (but that will be for another topic) now they won't let me back in and said I need to see a therapist and improve myself but my social anxiety's preventing me from seeing an actual therapist and I can't afford to pay for a therapy either and I'm too anxious to just randomly approach a listener here. How will I get better help for the bigger issue I'm facing now?

It might help you to start small here, by getting to know people and learning how they interact 🥰

@ShadowMilkCookieLover Hey there. Social anxiety is nothing to be ashamed of. Many of us, including myself have some form of social uniqueness. I suggest, reaching out for help when you feel most comfortable. Seeking help is good, yet it also can be overwhelming. Remember you're not alone. Thanks for posting this.

You are not alone, I have been socially awkward for decades. My social anxiety can get to the point that I start to have panic attacks. Get a little inside of my personality, tap my profile Pic and check out my bio.
I have found a friend or two here on Cups that otherwise I would never have in real life. Poke around, jump in a chat room, get the feel for this place. It can be a bit overwhelming in the beginning but once you know how to navigate 7 Cups, its not all that bad.
