Hello!

So I just joined because I feel like I can get no more like this. I have anxiety and Idk if it is serious I have never had the opportunity to be diagnosed, mostly because of money I couldn't afford.

It is just I feel so tired of everything and I'm just 24, it just doesn't make sense to me. I have tried to live the perfect life, doing what I thought everyone, my parents, family, expected out of me. Now, I graduated from university and I'm working from home and well that's the best thing that could ever happen because I'm living the dream, right? I always dreamed of no having to go to work or interact with people, because I'm pretty sure I have social anxiety.

The thing is I'm not ok. I wake up everyday and sit at my computer and I just feel empty. I'm not enjoying my life. And just after work I have to keep up with my classes for my major. And I have been having such a bad time that I'm getting behind at work and classes, and now it is just piling one thing over the other. I'm feeling trapped. I want to escape my mind. Just wish I could stop thinking and have a momnet of peace.

I always felt this anxiety. I have panic attacks when I have meetings, presentations. And I was able to get through it because I hoped once I finished high school I would like university, but wrong. Once I finish university I would be happy working, well guess what? Wrong, again. So, seeing the pattern is not the life I'm living but how I'm looking at it. But I don't know how to look at it in another perspective. I feel lost and empty. I just can't continue living like this 'cause I'm turning into a sad and angry person that I dont want to be.

@blueRaspberries6955

All you have described is perfectly normal in my opinion.  We have a hard time in school and think once done and  university  things will go better .......yet it is same thing.  we push off the goal to once we are working things will be different.....yet same and empty. Change is in YOU not on a timeline

 In my opinion working from home is not the dream as I found it boring and easy to be distracted. Social interaction is needed to overcome anxiety about it.. maybe social anxiety is so common because we sit behind a keyboard.. Presentations and meeting or even one on one conversations are stressful for many people at work.

         Living is a verb and it requires us to go out  and do things ......interact find things that bring us joy.       Do not kill time waiting for some goal post in finishing school or reaching a point in job to think life will begin for you.  later you will regret the time wasted.

can you go to an office in your current job ?

 Making  friends / have  adventures and networking do not show up at your doorstep looking for you.  maybe look for another job if this one is only remote.
