No idea how to live
everyday i wake up just to feel either nothing or anxiety from what is going to happen today. everything, literally anything that i have to do, even the simplest things are causing me to be in paralysis. time slowly passes and the only thing i feel is my heart beating louder.
I feel quite stuck in the day but i still take effort being hopeful 🙏 💘

Taking small steps and really examining your fear.
I think often the fear is not what we think it is...
Sometimes we fear doing things that we know may change things or have us address other things in our life. An example is a person I knew that IMO had great potential to do many things but stayed at same old low pay job because even applying to other things ......... made them stress over small details like a schedule chang if their benefits package was good etc ......... that we can handle one by one...if we got to point of a job offer. these fears IMO were fears of success not failure.
Make a list in no particular order try to do one or two a day or week depending on the size of tasks. Once you face the anxiety and fear and see it was often not real.
@powerfulGrapes8774 I’m really sorry you’re feeling this way—waking up each day with only anxiety or emptiness is exhausting, and from the lens of the DASBIEN Theory, what often helps is to reconnect with the three senses of love: allowing yourself to receive love from others (by reaching out and letting people support you), practicing love toward your own being (small acts of self-care like drinking water, gentle breathing, or resting count as giving yourself something good), and gradually giving love to others (even tiny gestures of kindness that remind you you’re part of a flow of care); this balance can soften the paralysis you describe, and if things ever feel unbearable, please reach out to a professional or a crisis line—if you’re in the U.S. you can dial 988, and if you’re elsewhere you can find international hotlines at findahelpline.com—because you deserve love, support, and relief, and DASBIEN reminds us that love, practiced consciously, can be healing.
