Panic attacks
I had two panic attacks today that were so bad I thought I was going to faint or puke. It scared me even further and the panic attacks lasted longer than usual. I have panic attacks every night. I’m so tired of it and I want it to just stop. I feel so weak all the time, and I have this constant gawing pain in my stomach almost feeling like im hungry but im not. I get so mad about it. Im so tired I want to be normal again.
I’m so sorry for you🫂 hope things get better ❤️🩹

Anger ia anxiety expressed outwards; Anxiety is anger expressed inwards
Hi friend, I'd like to share some experience. I used to have a lot of panic attacks. It got to the point where I was having then almost every day. I decided to figure out a solution and worked hard on finding one. Some things I came to realize that greatly helped was looking at anxiety and panic as "good" things, in the same way that all emotions are good things. Happiness and sadness, anger and fear, are each different kinds of "modes" that your body has for dealing with a particular set of generic circumstances. Each kind of emotion optimizes the body and mind for a specific situation or need. You can pick an emotion and try to come up with why does it feel specifically the way it does mentally and physically. For anxiety, it optimizes the body for vigilance, it wakes one up, it causes lazer focus on problems at hand, it causes one to be searching for a way out or for a potential danger. Those are all things that help one survive a difficult time! It is not a bad thing, it's a good thing. So how does it work when there is nothing around to really justify the anxiety or panic? Well, for me, it was my perceptions. One's emotions work based on what you are currently perceiving. If you are perveiving your environment with your senses your emotions reflect that. If you are perveiving with your imagination, your emotions with reflect whatever you are thinking intensely about. So, it clicked for me when I realized this: I was telling myself, "I want to not have any anxiety or panic attacks really badly". And so what was my body doing when I concentrated on this? It was turning on my "problem solving mode", anxiety! It was trying to help me deal with this problem I was telling myself that I had. One I saw this I actually laughed. So I came up with a test to see if this was indeed my problem. I said "next time I have a panic attack, I'm going to focus all my perception on something I want to happen at that moment and picture it happening". This was easy because what I wanted to happen was to feel happy again. So when I had a panic attack next, I pictured in my mind as hard as I could, the feeling of panic lifting, as that is something that I wanted in the moment. And I immediately felt a tiny bit better. (This was because I was perceiving an outcome that I wanted to happen happening right now which causes a feeling of happiness.) I then focused intensely on that little feeling of relief which made me feel a tiny bit better again, I focused on the new piece of relief, and I felt more and more better faster and faster and within seconds this intense panic attack which was shaking my body was completely gone as was the feeling of anxiety. I felt relief. Having a good model of my emotions helped me take control of them. I'm done to just a couple of light and brief panic attacks a year for several years now. I also had some other concrete passes to with through but what I write above was huge for me. I hope that it might help you too. Wishing you much happiness ahead.
