Severe Anxity,Fear and Dipression

I n my wife 75+ Both sick but I am going thru Mental and physical sickness were last week abandoned by our Elder married son due some miscommunications, he got upset and due this reason he abandoned us. We tried clarifying but he choose it as reason for his action. We have SSI income of $1100/ per month and Medicare Advantage Program only. I done know what to do? Where we go now? Misti’s situation can be reverse help me if possible.
