How can I say no to my customers, I always feel too scared, always feel like I would be harsh and it’s causing me to lose money:/ is there’s a nice way to just tell people just because they built an imaginary relationship with me in their minds and that we became “friends” for them that they can’t just take things for free?

that you are in a business and things are not free. ask them if you were at their work would they let you have free things,
Tried doing that:/ they just said that we were “friends” and it’s okay, and I just can’t push or fight, I’m too scared of everything, even a simple conversation

It is not Okay and they are using you. What are you scared of losing people who will risk your job ... those are not "friends"
@proactiveWatermelon7590 you can either be direct, or lie. Confrontation is more effective but takes getting use to. Making up a lie is the second best option even if inefficient.
