Hi, so i’ve always struggled with anxiety, like half of my life id say, but it’s never been that bad like i maybe had an anxiety or panic attack once a month usually. But i started 11th grade a month ago, was okay at first and ill ended up getting sick for two weeks, struggled with sleeping for like 4 weeks in total, but now when i went back to school after being sick i’ve suddenly been having anxiety/panic attacks everyday basically, and its over any little thing, i get more easily overwhelmed and i dont know what causes it. Im so confused. Just now infact i started having an anxiety attack or a panic attack im not sure during a test and it started when for some reason we werent let go to eat and i knew i wouldnt be able to do many things without eating. Main point is, i just have way too many anxiety/panic attacks and its draining me and i dont know what to do.

@gonerlair

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing so much anxiety and panic attacks - they're really not a pleasant experience at all! Sometimes anxiety can randomly get worse; it sort of builds on top of itself layer by layer until it feels uncontrollable. Have you considered sharing how you're feeling with someone close to you, or maybe speaking to a doctor?

When I started getting constant panic attacks, the only thing that reset my nervous system was medication, so it might be something worth trying just to calm you down until you can find ways to naturally destress and keep calm in anxiety provoking situations. I hope things improve for you soon. ♥

I tried medication for 10 days, specifically for anxiety, ptsd and insomnia, i just felt sick constantly cause im already on medication for anemia and i guess the mix wasnt that good. Im soon going to a psychiatrist and might get more suitable medication. Although i really dont want to rely on medication to help me.
