Drawing really helps me to overcome anxiety. Also music is really helpful. In general, music has a great power as it can change my mood, make my day or help to relax. If I'm depressed when I get up in the morning, I just listen to Online Radio Box (I was lucky to find it on https://streamingsites.com/radio-streaming-sites/), and usually I feel better.

Put my worries aside and got back on Gus yesterday- he is a gorgeous TWH gelding - forgot what a good horse he can be - as long as I ride him where he can see his buddies ( and put his head down and graze the longer grass!)

@VickyP Thank you so much. 🎈

Few of them have helped some people who used to self harm. Like walking & sketching. I have had few friends & they tried them too. It's like putting your energy into something positive & something that doesn't harm you. :)

I can see how they can be really good distractions! Putting our energy into doing something else that we enjoy can really take our mind off things.

The most main thing that I do is to listen to Music. I love music so much. I listen to it every time.heart

Mediation also can really help so in the morning I try 10 minutes of meditation too. It really helps me to concentrate more and to become more realistic and friendly...heart

These were the things/exercises I use to practice every day...heart
