Arts and crafts is a really great outlet for anxiety...I never had a hobby until I got into arts and crafts about a few months ago. Arts and crafts are great at directing my attention to something else when I experience my anxiety starting to rise.

another thought that just poped out my head.

while its nice that almost everyone here shared their methods of hobbies that they prefer or aided anxiety.

is there anything that you do before "attempting" the hobby? or just going striaght to it will "ease" your soul/anxiety symptoms?

i.e. like... stop breathe think, pause first, walk somewhere, or anything?

cause i tend to notice things like... even if i "attempt" to try to force/push myself to do those that I "think" that will aid me. end up sometimes it didnt, but worse backfire

Drawing or creating something! It distracts me from all the scary thoughts plus it feels very rewarding after you complete a piece :)

Yeah, boxing when you're upset and depressed doesn't seem to do much to improve your mood. Personally, for me, on the advice of my psychologist, the wonderful Blessed CBD helps very effectively. This oil helps me to relax and I began to sleep better, and wake up became cheerful and energetic. Apparently my body has complete relaxation with this cannabidiol
